CoinShows.us is a free coin show calendar. You can search and read listings with no account.
1. What we collect — and when
Browsing and ZIP search. No login. We do not create a customer file from a ZIP you type. The phone may ask for location only if you tap “Use my location,” so we can show nearby shows. We do not sell location.
Listing a show, contacting us, or an optional email digest. Then we need what you type, because we email you the private edit link and (if you asked) show reminders:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (required on the add-a-show form so collectors and our staff can reach the organizer)
There is no membership account. Those fields exist so the listing works — not for ads.
2. How we use it
- Publish and manage the show listing, and email you the edit / remove links
- Answer questions you send us
- Send the optional digest only if you signed up for it
- Keep the site running and stop abuse (ordinary server logs: IP, page, time — not a marketing file)
We do not sell your information. We do not run ads in the iPhone app. We do not use this data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Who else sees it
Host and email providers that run the site. Google Maps if you pick a venue or tap directions. We share organizer contact on a listing only as needed for that show. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people from abuse.
4. The phone app
The CoinShows app for iPhone and Android shows this same website. It does not add extra tracking. Location is only if you tap “Use my location.” Name, email, and phone are only if you fill Add a show or Contact.
5. Children
This is a public calendar. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for an account — there is no account. Do not list a child’s personal contact details on a show form.
6. Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page. Last updated August 23, 2026.
